The Housing Minister says he has no concerns when it comes to a flight of landlords from the private market.
Councillors in Westmeath say they've all been contacted by people who have concerns and terminations of tenancies ahead of new changes to the rental market at the end of the month.
The rental tenancies bill will come into effect on March 1st where vacant properties can be reset to market rates.
