The Housing Minister has opened 77 new social homes in Offaly.
Kingswood in Tullamore was delivered through Respond in partnership with the local authority and the Housing Department.
159 tenants moved into their new homes in March and August last year, with allocations made to those on Offaly County Council's housing waiting list.
The development consists of 8 one and two-bedroom apartments ,14 two-bedroom terraced, 19 three bedroom terraced houses and 28 two bedroom bungalows.
