The facility is located beside the emergency vehicle entrance on the hospital’s Dublin Road campus of the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise.
The application covers a single storey prefabricated coffee unit, paved seating area and metal canopy structure.
A decision on the planning application is due by July 28th.
