Only four counties in the country have received more attention than Westmeath.
Westmeath has seen 5 times more IDA Ireland visists compared to Laois and Offaly.
The Irish Independent is reporting new figures that show the State body behind foreign direct investment has been to Westmeath 235 times over the last ten years.
The IDA has come to Laois and Offaly just 44 times each in that time period.
While despite making up less than 30 per cent of the country's population, Dublin has 45 per cent of Ireland's multinational jobs with 2,275 IDA visits in the last decade.
