Farmers will receive 75% of their EU payments on October 16th.
The IFA says the Minister for Agriculture's announcement that farmers will receive 75% of their own EU payments on October 16th instead of 70%, will have little or no impact at farm level.
It claims Minister Martin Heydon had indicated to the media and as late as Thursday, that fast tracking payments was ‘on the table’.
