In-Person Religious Ceremonies Resume For The First Time This Year

A midlands TD - who's getting married in July - is especially welcoming the lifting of the ban.

People across the midlands are returning to in-person religious services for the first time in this year. 

The latest measures also allow for 50 people to attend a wedding or a funeral. 

Minister of State, Longford/Westmeath TD Robert Troy is due to tie the knot in July. 

The Fianna Fáil deputy says it's a huge relief for anyone planning a ceremony:
