CSO figures show 10,729 people signed on in February, up from 10,678 in January.
The seasonally adjusted figure was 4,290 in Westmeath, the highest in region.
That's followed by 3,281 in Laois, and 3,158.
Nationally, the Live Register has dropped by 1,700 since last month - 183,401 people were signed on in February.
