Ireland To Consider Putting Smoking Warnings On Individual Cigarettes

A midlands pharmacist doesn't think it will work.

The Health Minister says Ireland will consider putting smoking warnings on individual cigarettes. 

The recommendation has been made to Scottish legislators who are reviewing their laws. 

The warnings would be on top of the existing labels on cigarette packets. 

Rose Finlay of Rose Finlay Pharmacy in Tullamore says she doesn't see the move as making a big difference:
