Irish Rural Link CEO, Ballycumber's Seamus Boland says the law will help rural areas.

The new 'Access to Cash' law will guarantee nobody is left behind.

That's according to Irish Rural Link, as orders being signed today will ensure an ATM machine is located within 10km of most homes and businesses.

In one of his first acts as Minister for Finance, Simon Harris says the measures will have an impact in rural areas.
