Irish Soccer Captain Donates €15,000 To Appeal For Sick Laois Baby

Organisers of the Do it for Dan fundraiser are trying to keep momentum up.

The Irish international soccer captain is donating €15,000 to an appeal for a sick Laois baby. 

Seamus Coleman made the contribution to the GoFund Me page for eight month old Dan Donoher who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy. 

His parents Niall and Aisling are attempting to raise €2.1 million to get him a once-off treatment for the condition that's only available in the US.
