Josef Puska is due to appear in court for the seventh time today, fourteen weeks after his initial court date.

He was formally charged with the murder of Ashling Murphy a fortnight ago, a case that will be heard in the Central Criminal Court.

The prosecution will need to complete their book of evidence and serve it to his legal team before that can happen.

It's believed a significant step towards that will be made at Cloverhill District Court this morning.
