The Irish Mirror is reporting both Marek and Lubomir Puska have been moved from Wheatfield Prison in Dublin to maximum security Portlaoise Prison for their own safety, and to help tackle overcrowding in Dublin.
The brothers are serving two and a half year sentences for witholding information from gardaí involved in the investigation into Jozef Puska.
While a jury found their wives, Jozefina Grundzova and Viera Gazoiva, guilty of assisting Mr Puska by burning the clothes he was wearing when he stabbed the young schoolteacher to death.
