Ballycumber's Seamus Boland has been selected to serve on the Just Transition Commission.
Ballycumber's Seamus Boland will be campaigning to help rural people when he joins up with the Just Transition Commission as one of 11 members.
The Commission will advise and support the Government on Just Transition funding and projects, and the newly selected members will be in place for a three year period.
The Irish Rural Link CEO is also the current Chair of the Irish Peatsland Council.
