A Laois couple are running an wellness retreat with a difference, blending heat, cold plunges and pygmy goats.
Dale and Lisa Kavanagh hand-built The Goat House Sauna in rural Killabban, near Maganey which overlooks a paddock of three pygmy goats who entertain guests.
The eight person sauna has two bulk milk tanks for cold plunges, alongside an outdoor waterfall style cold shower.
