Players are being asked to check their tickets carefully.
A lucky Laois Lotto player has scooped a winning ticket worth €500,000.
The winning ticket in the EuroMillions Plus Top Prize was bought at the Daybreak store on Main Street in Borris in Ossory.
The winning numbers in Tuesday's draw were 10, 14, 22, 44 ,47.
Players in Laois are being urged to check their tickets, with the winner asked to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe.
They should then get in touch with the National Lottery's Claims Team, so arrangements can be made to get their prize.
They can do so by contacting 1800 666 222 or emailing claims@lottery.ie.
