Laois Man Guilty Of Causing Death Of Four Year Old While Drink Driving Released

He was four years into his sentence.

A Laois man who killed a four year old boy while drink driving in 2014 has been released from prison. 

The Irish Daily Star reports that forty one year old Finbarr O'Rourke of Portlaoise left a facility in Wicklow yesterday after serving four years. 

He was originally sentenced to seven and a half years in 2016 after being convicted of dangerous driving causing the death of Ciaran Tracey in Portarlington.
