A Laois man is pleading guilty to attempting to engage in terrorism-related activity to damage a mosque last year, according to the Irish Independent.
34 year old Darren Gorman of O’Moore Place, Portlaoise, and 35 year old Garrett Pollock of Kilhorne Green Annalong in County Down both entered guilty pleas at the Special Criminal Court in Dublin yesterday.
Two other men charged with attempeting to damage the Galway mosque are yet to enter a plea and will with their barristers requesting a hearing for mention on June 29th.
35 year old Charles Flynn of Castlerock Avenue, Castleconnell, Co Limerick, and Karolis Peckauskas who's 39 of Newfoundwell Road, Drogheda, Co Louth will appear in court via videolink on that date.
