Laois/Offaly Local Link will resume deliveries of medication and shopping to elderly and vulnerable users who are unable to travel.
They introduced the practice for regular users back in April.
Timetables will continue to operate as normal, capacity will be reduced slightly to adhere to guidelines and a limited number of facemasks will be available for those who don't have one.
