Anyone aged 50 to 80 is asked to get involved.
Residents in Laois are being asked to participate in a research study aimed at improving your physical and mental wellbeing.
Those between 50 and 80 are eligible to partake in the 12 week programme which will all be conducted online.
It will focus on strength and fitness as well as balance, flexibility and functional movement.
Clinical exercise physiologist Dr. Dianne Cooper is one those involved, she says it's an option for people of all levels of fitness:
The study is funded in conjunction with Laois Sports Partnership.
