Over 6,600 children in Laois are waiting for their first exam.
New figures from the HSE shows school dental scheme in Laois is in "The Dark Ages."
That's according to Laois TD Brian Stanley who is once again raising the issue with the Taoiseach.
The HSE says over 6,600 children in the county are on the waiting list for their first exam, with just over 800 over due a check up by seven years.
