Chair of the Oireachtas Committee on Infrastrucuture, Fianna Fail's Sean Fleming says delayed water connections in new houses is a concern he hears regularly from people.
The Commission is an independent and economic regulator that sets targets for and monitors Uisce Eireann's preformance in delivering their water and wastewater services.
