The Stradbally committee is seeking new volunteers.
A Laois Tidy Towns committee is calling an emergency meeting this evening to recruit new volunteers, as the group faces potential closure.
The Stradbally committee, currently has just five members and oversees town upkeep, the Christmas Market, lights, and community projects.
The meeting is taking place at St Colman’s National School tonight at 7.30pm and locals are urged to attend.
