A winning 5-4-3-2-1 ticket, purchased at the Top Oil Service Station on the Longford Road in Mullingar, has been unclaimed for nearly three months.
It was bought on the first of April, and the deadline for scooping up the prize is the close of business today.
The player correctly matched five out of the seven winning numbers, which were 11, 24, 27, 34, 42, 44 and the bonus was 15.
