The Teacher's Union of Ireland believes AI could change how the Leaving Cert syllabus is delivered.
Teachers are voicing their concerns over the role AI is set to play in schools in the future.
Those worries relate to the work students can do at home, that may be assessed as part of their Leaving Cert exams.
They're also calling for mandatory training before the last two years of school become more about continuous assessment and less about final year tests.
