Offaly's Anna Curry is a previous winner of the Naughton Foundation Scholarship.
Leaving Cert students are being encouraged to apply for a €25,000 scholarship.
The Naughton Foundation Scholarship is open to students who want to study a third-level course related to engineering, science or technology.
There are 36 scholarships available, each worth €25,000 over the course of a student's degree.
The deadline is this Sunday at midnight.
