The Federation Against Copyright Theft says they're based in Carlow, Cork, Dublin, Galway, Kildare, Laois and Limerick.
The organisation, along with Sky, have sent cease and desist letters to the suspected resellers, warning them to stop selling IPTV subscriptions or risk further action, including civil proceedings.
FACT says the services are believed to have supplied thousands of end users.
