None were issued in Westmeath in the final three months of last years.
Only seven vacant property refurbishment grants were issued across the midlands in the last three months of 2023.
None were distributed in Westmeath, in Offaly there was only one and the remaining six were in Laois.
The region saw 67 applications approved over the same period, and only 1 rejected.
Nationally, 75 grants were issued and 1,180 applications received approval and 76 were rejected by the Department of Housing.
As of the end of last year, only nine grants have been issued on the completion of works in the midlands.
