Westmeath County Council is inviting applications for phase two of an affordablePhase 2 of the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme.
A total of six homes are available for successful applicants to purchase at a reduced price in Coola Meadows in Kilbeggan, with the scheme offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, with reduced purchase prices starting from €265,000.

The online portal for Phase 2 of the scheme went live yesterday will remain open for applications for three weeks, closing at Midnight, Sunday 20th September.
