A bridge that will accommodate everyone's needs and will bring Athlone Town citizens closer together.
That's how the arrival of a new cycle and pedestrian bridge is being described by local Councillor Louise Heavin.
Already constructed bar the finishing touches, the structure is expected to be officially opened on August 8th.
Green Party Rep Louise Heavin works on one side of the town and lives on the other.
