She says there is "no justice" for women in the system.
"There is no justice for women in our justice system".
That's according to Longford Westmeath TD Sorca Clarke who is questioning the legal system following the case of a convicted Westmeath gym owner.
Shane Flynn owner of NGS Gym & Rehabilitation Clinic in Mullingar, has been jailed for two years and four months after he sexually assaulted a woman seeking treatment, and secretly filmed dozens of other women.
Despite this, he will allowed to resume work when he is released.
Deputy Clarke believes a person with a conviction of that nature should be barred from working in that field again.
She says, women can't feel safe with people like this re-entering the workforce after such minimal punishment:
