M9 Crash Sisters Say They Are Getting Stronger As Recovery Continues

A GoFundMe page has raised over €800,000.

The sisters who were seriously injured in the M9 crash last month say they are getting stronger as the days go by.

Alma and Niamh Kinsella, their sister Ella Hendricken and Alma's son Yemi suffered serious injuries after their car was struck by another car travelling the wrong way on the motorway.

An update from the Midlands sisters on a GoFundMe page, which has raised over €800,000, has thanked everyone for their support, and says they're taking things one day at a time.

The five teenage boys travelling the wrong way on the motorway all died in the collision.
