Colin Farrell is rumoured to be part of an A-lost cast filming at Charleville Castle in Tullamore and at a nearby bog.
The Castle has often played host to filming crews in recent years including the Netflix series Wednesday which stars Jenna Ortega.
Film Offaly says it cannot comment on any specific productions taking place, but says it's "always happy to welcome and support productions wanting to film in the county."
