Staff have been evacuated from the building, while there are no reports of any injuries.
Oglesby and Butler manufacture and sell gas-powered hand tools.
Gardai are urging locals to keeps doors and windows closed and for motorists to avoid the area.
The O'Brien road is currently closed, with diversions in place.
