A man in his 20s is to appear before Tullamore District Court this evening.
One of the men arrested as part of the investigation into a firebomb attack in County Offaly last year has been charged.
Five people were arrested this week in relation to the deaths of 4-year-old Tadgh Farrell and his grand-aunt Mary Holt in Edenderry in December.
A man in his 20s has been charged and is due before Tullamore District Court at 5:00pm this evening.
The other four men remain in Garda custody.
