Man Charged With Murder Of His Father In Westmeath Further Remanded In Custody

Ross O'Rourke appeared before Mullingar District Court this morning.

A man charged with the murder of his father in Westmeath has been remanded in custody once again for a further three weeks.

28-year-old Ross O'Rourke, of no fixed abode, appeared before Judge Bernadette Owens at Mullingar District Court this morning.

The body of Belgium-born Stefan Nivelles Posschier was discovered at his home in Rattin on October 25th.

Mr O'Rourke is due to reappear on December 22 at Mullingar District Court.
