A man has died five days after being involved in a serious collision in Longford.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a fatal crash in the Midlands.
A man in his 30s has died after the car he was driving was involved in a single vehicle collision on the R392 in Ballymahon in the early hours of last Sunday morning (March 29th).
The driver was brought to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore for treatment to his injuries, and passed away on Friday (April 3rd).
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
Any motorists who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and who were travelling in the area at the time are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
