A man has been hospitalised following a two vehicle crash in Westmeath.
Gardaí and emergency services were called to the incident, which occurred on the M6 near Kilbeggan, at around 4:40 this morning.
The man, in his 40s, was taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
