A man in his 90s, who has some of the physical qualities of a person in their 30s, is the subject of a new study:
TUS Midlands has taken an interest in Richard Morgan, whose fitness journey began when he tried a rowing machine for the first time later in life, and has since competed both nationally and internationally.
He's being studied by his grandson, Lorcan Daily, who's an assistant lecturer in exercise science at the Technological University of the Shannon.
He says his grandfather only discovered rowing in his 70s:
