Manna Drone Delivery is ceasing its flights in Ireland.
The company says a lack of national policy around drone deliveries creates "uncertainty" as decisions are assessed locally.
Manna operated services in Moneygall, Oranmore, Blanchardstown and Cork - as well as flying in other countries.
It says the decision means planned expansion and employment growth in its delivery hubs is stopped.
However, Manna will keep a number of departments in Ireland, including research, customer service and engineering.
