Median House Prices Rise In Midlands

The highest increase of 23% came in Laois according to Geowox's Q3 report.

The median price of a house has risen in each of the Midlands counties.

According to Geowox's Q3 report, which shows the rise in prices over the past year, Laois saw the highest rise amongst the Midlands counties, with the prices going from €260,000 to €320,000, a 23% increase.

This is followed by Westmeath, which jumped 12% from €275,000 to €310,000, while Offaly saw a 7% increase, going up to €280,000 from €260,000.

Dublin has the highest median prices at €500K, followed closely by Wicklow €465K.
