The Tullamore to Kilbeggan Link Road is part of the National Development Plan.
A meeting to fast track the future construction of the N52 is set to commence next week.
It comes following the announcement that the N52 Tullamore to Kilbeggan Link Road is progressing to the advanced stage for future construction in the National Development Plan.
Offaly TD Tony McCormack confirmed that an infrastructure report will be published outlining how to make projects progress faster.
He says the aim is to get to work on the project sooner rather than later:
