Mental Health Charity Highlight Tips For Stress Awareness Week

This years theme focuses on employee wellbeing.

A mental health charity is encouraging people to manage stress and protect their wellbeing during National Stress Awareness Week. 

The theme for this year is ‘Optimising Employee Wellbeing through Strategic Stress Management’, which involves prioritising workplace culture and recognition.

Turn2Me is highlighting the different types of ways to reduce stress this week, which include exercise, limiting caffeine and alcohol intake and taking breaks from screens.
