The story 'Speaking Out' is nominated for the awards which take place on 11th June.
Midlands 103 is being recognised for its outstanding contribution to improving public access to justice issues.
Midlands Today presenter Will Faulkner, and the show's producer, Sinead Hubble have been shortlisted in the Justice Media Awards.
Their entry 'Speaking Out' told the story of two survivors of sexual assault relaying their experience of abuse and subsequent recovery after their attacker was jailed.
The winners will be announced at the Justice Media Awards event on the 11th June.
