HSE Dublin and Midlands region secured major success.
The HSE Dublin and Midlands Region is celebrating major success at the HSE Excellence Awards, securing four winning projects and one runner-up.
General Manager of The Children’s services initiative in the Midlands Niamh Clarke, won in the Improving Patient/Service User Experience category for the ‘CHO8 Children’s Services Design-Led Project’.
The initiative places young patients and families at the heart of care through a co-designed Single Point of Access, an integrated autism assessment pathway and improved parent communication resources.
Ms Clarke says it engaged stakeholders to reshape children’s services:
