Athlone and Castlerea Credit Union have agreed a merger with St Jarlath’s Credit Union.
At the latest AGM members voted and agreed to join the two credit unions to create a stronger and more efficient credit union serving the members across the wider catchment area.
Combined, the credit union will have assets of over €440m and 80,000 members.
