Midlands Distillery To Meet Re-Opening Challenges Head On

A midlands distillery says it's taken the challenge of re-opening as a positive.

Kilbeggan Distillery was forced to shut down because of covid-19, but re-opened it's doors earlier today.

The company says it wants to make Westmeath an attractive staycation spot.

As a small, local distillery, Visitor Centre Manager Ruth Wyer says there weren't too many changes they could make, but they've taken the opportunity to come up with some new ideas:
