People working in the Midlands expect to receive a salary bump this year.
Hiring agency, FRS Recruitment, is forecasting a positive outlook for the employment market in the region.
It's latest report found that 56% of workers in Offaly expect to receive a salary raise this year, followed by 53% in Laois and 38% in Westmeath.
63% of people in Laois believe their salary fairly reflects their current role, in Offaly that figure is 47% meanwhile in Westmeath it's 28%.
