Communities across the Midlands are taking part in bike week.
Over 900 events are taking place around the country until Sunday for Bike Week.
A host of those are scheduled for the midlands, with the 'Get on your Bike, Be Busy' initiative being launched at Ballynacarrgy National School.
Rhode in Offaly is hosting a series of cycle relays, while Bob's Bar in Durrow is inviting people to a family cycle to represent Laois.
