Farmers To Protest Once Again Over Flooding Along The Shannon

They previously protested on the 4th August.

The government's reaction to flooding along the Shannon is 'not good enough'.

That's according to secretary of the Save Our Shannon Organisation, Emily Young, ahead of another protest against the issue.

Over 150 people held a protest earlier this month in Offaly to voice their concerns. 

The demonstration will begin at 1 o'clock tomorrow in the at the Meelick Weir, on the bridge in Banagher where Offaly and Galway meet.
