An Offaly Garda says helping to save a man's life in a house fire is a night he'll never forget.
Graham Flood, who's stationed at Tullamore Garda Station, responded to a 999 call for a house fire on his first night on the job, during a Status Red weather warning.
While Fire Services were attempting to locate a man inside the house, Mr. Flood spotted him while looking through the windows.
